The largest Festhalls is the Blue Partridge, boasting the largest ballroom by at least three times over. This venue serves as the defacto location for large state functions from the affirmation of the governor, victory celebrations for every Senator, a yearly debut of the eligible young ladies of the aristocracy, and yearly formal commissioning of new guard officers. The Blue Partidge is owned by the Ullaster family, which contributes to their social power, though they can hardly keep the venue exclusive due to the political pressure from the Governor. As a more stodgy old-money family business, there is less infrastructure for back room shenanigans at the Blue Partidge, but it is certainly known to occur.
