is the leader of one of the city's largest merchant cartels, and also serves as Wydmoor's preeminent high-end pawnbroker. As one of the last remaining members of the council, Elkit remains a strongly independent personality - almost equally mistrustful of the landed gentry, craft guilds, and thieves' guild.
