The Feast of Bodin is a religious ceremony based on the works of Bodin the Fisherman, the 3rd century FI founder of the Custodians of the Wave, a minor Holy Militant order that was once affiliated with the Travelers. Bodin had a lifetime as a fisherman before he was inspired and called into service of the church, and served the navies, merchant marines, and fisherman with a charter similar to the Travelers. While the order officially ended before the 7th century FI, the writing's of Bodin's have endured because out their poignant expressions of endurance through loss and death. His works were highly informed by the need to reconcile the Dwarven fear of death with the inherently risky professions of the sea, and his seminal Feast Ceremony is frequently included in Alexandrian funerary rites.
