Capitol city of the Tero Duchy, permanent home of the Tero regional ruling family.

Reasonably-sized city, smaller than the city of Arabelle which is down the river from it.

Fenefeld grew in size and influence during and after the Fourth Interregnum as many families dodging the military drafts of western duchies fled here. Those families, of course, upon relocation were said to have paid officials handsomely to remain anonymous.

The town craft businesses have solid trade with tribes in the Ulan as well as neighboring duchies. The tariffs/fees imposed on goods are firm but not exorbitant. Those fees have remained a non-controversial stream of income for the government as goods travel along the Rimen river towards The Pinch, New Hakan or beyond.

A visitor to the area will remember the overall optimistic attitudes here, the gratuity-expecting government officials, and the apple and pear orchards that are quite common.

The Alexandrian Church and BlueSheath are the main influential charity organizations in the area.
