Tied by blood to several of Wydmoor's prominent families, including the late Calvis Wydsomme, Oscart Medradell has been the Hadriarch of Wydmoor for over twenty years. A talented administrator and bureaucrat, Medradell has earned a reputation for being weak of imagination and light on political will, consistently favoring the landed families of Wydmoor over the pilgrims and mercantile classes, including the calling in of the Bog Wraths to put down a series of food riots that became known as the Pilgrim's Revolt early in his tenure.

  • Name: Hadriarch  OscartToken.jpg Oscart Pandragor Medradell
    • Age: 76 (Born 1324 FI)
    • Occupation: Wydmoor Free City Hadriarch - The Hadriarch of Wydmoor is a powerful figure. The centuries long pilgrimage trade has financed the construction of a great cathedral and helps maintain the city's defense force, provided by the Bog Wraiths.
    • Income is in the form of administering regional Church estates, and administers Church funds collected in the city:
      • 10% Tithe from all Goodly Alexandrians
      • 100% of ecclesiastical well tolls
      • 15% of issued licenses (As a church official acts as "witness" of issuance, sort of like a notary)
      • one-half share of state in the Iron and Red Iron mines of Iros Forge
      • Churched own pilgrimage sites (which also lead to higher than expected Tithe totals, what with all the Pilgrims)
    • Pays For:
      • Nothing. "Alexandria never pays for dinner," as they say. Priests and flunkies galore. Church wealth pays for all kinds of things, including impressive alms giveaways and cathedrals. Notes: A pretty bland personality, it seems like. Interested in stability over everything else.

Silverwalkers had a great deal of interactions with the Hadriarch. He appeared to be a staunch ally of the former Mayor and is a member of the Wydmoor City Council in 1401 FI.
