Prio Noblood

By training, Prio Noblood was a Master of Craft of Civic Theory, from the University of Hakan. He was respected as one of the most brilliant philosophers of his time and served as Mayor of East Arabelle in New Hakan in 950 FI. Prio chose East Arabelle for its political youth and progressiveness. He ran for election on a platform of governmental policy experimentation and iterative law adjustments that he felt would result in East Arabelle becoming a model of democracy for all of New Hakan. Due to his grand claims, political news coming out of East Arabelle was coveted by scholars throughout the country, though outside of his immediate region there were far more skeptics than believers in his optimism.
