Conversation: The Church, Wydmoor, and You

Ralth left immediately after Marwyn took office - Ralth and Marwyn Collar were lovers when Mathrell was the Arch-warden (RUMOR)

- Wydmoor was free by church decree
Edrell has another idea for getting out of the city

LE, 
Egg, and 1 SilverGoose teleport with two scrolls and hat to Ubrekt City to purchase only food and 2 teleport scrolls- Egg is given 2800 of gp from party on top of the money they have
Mose & 
Kimika perform ritual to change Kimika into a traveler cleric.
Al flies to Landing with wands.
Kimika traveler teleports Mose & 
Quinalin to Landing
Others teleport with scroll to Sherdom and make money
We get refugees back up to health!
They teleport with scroll back with weapons and food for the march
Egg + Silver Geese equip and train refugees
Plans That Were Never To Be
DISCUSSION:
- Silverwalkers take out hydra with Traveler teleport
- We march to south tip of lake
- Turtle + Silverwalkers break large hole in siege line
- Army marches to Magisus Keep
- Goes through Not-Gate
- We all yell "SURPRISE" to Bog Wraiths
- Does not seem viable
- Even if successful in killing the hydra, the first turtle still might not come online for a week or more. Months or even years will be required to tame all of the guardian turtles.
More Realistic Plans
- Almost all humans at Landing, very few halflings remain
- On day 6 evening, Egg and
LE and Astlin come back with lots of mules - Astlin looks really pissed
- As cheap as it is, we went to Flannary where grain was really cheap. On all the mules, 5x of grain expecting.
- Egg apologizes: I know we're really late but crazyness abounds
- Hat came back fully charged
- Drops 6 bags: Type2 bags of holding, 2000 infantry, 1500 spear, 10,000gp - 3500gp - 5000gp - refund for some infantry and spear stuff
Quinalin +2 STR Belt- Egg suggests burning the landing and Quinalin agrees to do that- don't want Odessans to occupy
We round up all the spies We hold them and they're all spy, and they all 'fess to the spies but they can't give much info on what they're doing Acquire 2x wands
Returning the Refugees to Wydmoor
Kimika crafts a Periapt of Health and we use it to cure disease on all of the remaining refugees.
Day 6: We cross the water and raze the city, throwing a lot of the material in the river to make problems for others later.
Day 7: We march
Horsemen coming towards us, Ubrekti soldiers, Germain rolls 50 & PROBLEM SOLVED.
Day 8: Control water to cross the river.
Day 9: How do we handle the seige lines?
- They have arms and armor on
- Lots of Summon Herd and fireballs to make it past the seige lines
- Morning Mist, too
We get them through to the keep!
Edrell helps but 4000gp lost & Edrell wants a passwall rune from the runemaster dwarf
We got 2 teleport scrolls in exchange
Everyone came through the not-tunnel! Some of the people are also supporting Silver G's and Silver K's and 1-2 are sporting Silver Wheels (traveler) Had to occupy the cathedral temporarily to march these guys out! We marched them all to the warrens. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
Edrell tells us someone broke in the bank.

Edrell: Yes, the Odessans think that I'm their mole. But I've played them as well as I've played you. I've burnt everyone.

Edrell to Al, in ELVEN: Of all people, why do you care about this bank?
Al: I told them not to come in here!
Kimika: All this for a bunch of money!
A scroll case flies at LE, she catches it.
Edrell: Perhaps you remember, many months ago, when you looked for your sigil? I had all the pages myself about your sigil.
I swear this to you: one of those is a receipt for a safe deposit box...

She throws the papers aside, dramatically!
Edrell: I promise you the box is not trapped
Germain REALLY believes it cannot be trapped
LE throws the pearl to the ground, loses a magic item ACHIEVEMENT (which?)
LE spits in the direction of it.
Edrell: Even if you had lit the candle of lies, I'm not working with the Odessans.
The bank of rich, the bank of those who would strangle the people of Wydmoor. If you don't care about the bank, but instead care about Wydmoor, I've given everything you need to slip all of the evil out of the city.

Quinalin pulls out a torch and lights it.
Edrell addresses Quinalin: What is your loyalty? I can appreciate it.
You can come at me... You will kill me if you attack me right now.
Germain believes that Edrell will win, but as he had said, two of the party will die.
Edrell offers a deal to the party:
Or, I can tell you right now where the infiltrators will attack, and you can kill them and become heroes of Wydmoor.
Germain believes him.
Edrell will fake his death if needed.
Edrell: If you kill me now, we've been tied at the hip. Won't everyone think that I'm the traitor?
You can kill me now or you can help the people.
Who will be blamed? The person who was killed? Or the person who led them in the city?
Mose went to sleep, all that the items I gave you have trojan spells within them. If you had cast a dwoemer analysis you would have noticed them.
Kimika is distraught about the ladle as she relied on it heavily to feed the refugees. Edrell didn't booby trap the spoon because he said that despite the fact that Kimika lied to him upon first meeting him, he knew she would only use it to help others.
The party questions him about vampires and nobles?
Edrell: This is also true. In 3 months, meet me for an afternoon in the Bandit Kingdom and I'll answer all your questions
The longer that we talk, the longer chance that the infiltrators will get in and kill important people
