Kiew Ragland was a wizard of some moderate ability who stumbled upon some mysterious robes that tremendously augmented his power. Using his newfound abilities, he found a plague-ravaged town in [[Fresia]] and took it over as his personal playground, eventually pulling it into its own demi-plane, reanimating all its inhabitants, and giving them uncanny semblance of life, and creating golems to serve him. In this plane, he and his toys are immortal, regenerating after death or dismemberment.

[[Gnob's Folly]] found him a the request of the leader of [[Dogg Town]], killed him (temporarily), then stripped him of his robes and his spellbooks before escaping the plane. Thus, he is trapped for eternity in a hell of his own making, harrassed by regenerating zombies he no longer controls.
