If, somehow, a half-elf were to be born, they would have to be very careful about revealing their true nature. The gregarious and social half-elf, then, does not make sense for this setting. Therefore, replace the +2 bonus to Diplomacy and Gather Information with a +2 bonus to Bluff and Disguise.
