  • Honestly, that might be the only level 9 power I even get. Damn, high level psions bloooooow.
  • Allow party access to Natural Talent/Wild Talent feat, then load them up with first and second level powers.
• Psion Feats: Probably Expanded Knowledge [14] and Metamorphic Transfer.
• Level Feats: Probably ALSO Expanded Knowledge (+2 HP per Expanded Knowledge, for another +12 on top of earlier feats) every time.
  • You can choose any power, including powers from another discipline’s list or even from another class’s list.
  • Character Level 10/Psi 8: Dimension Slide [15]
  • CL 12/Psi 10: Metamorphosis [16], Metamorphic Transfer [17]
  • CL 15/Psi 13: Psionic Teleport [18]
  • CL 17/Psi 15: Fission [19]
