A region in north eastern Flannery/north western Fresia comprising thirty nine counties. The region is bounded on the north and west by mountains.

The Bloody Thirty-Nine are call such due to the highly volatile political climate that often leads to war and an ever shifting boundary between the two states who claim it (Fresia and Flannery).
