-Arekson is the "first among equals" for the five capos of the [[Bandit Kingdom]]. It is he that arranges the neutral grounds and issues guarantees for meetings. He is the most recent on the scene and has seen the most rapid ascent in power. Of all of [[:Category:The Cartel|The Cartel]], he(?) has been best able to maintain secrecy about his whereabouts and identity. He is known to deal heavily in Necromancy: there is some pretty open rumor that sees him using undead to do his wetwork, and he's fond of sending messages via the animated speaking heads of someone's associates ([[Levan Absold]] has received two such messages in his career). His current location is unknown, but Leven and [[Gnob's Folly]] hope a drastic action will draw him out of hiding. Although his area of control is technically the smallest, he has a finger in all the other capo's pies and has the most firm control of whatever constitutes the "illicit underground" in a city of bandits.
