The fourth mural in The Anteroom Series by Anzo Riveroler, located in the octagonal main entryway of the Sacellum Chancel.

"The Declaration" depicts Steros Merroand's revelation to Antioch and his minsters that Alexandria, not Antioch, was the savior spoken of in Alabar's prophecies, generally considered to be the start of the Prophet's War. The sword featured in this painting is not Steros', as one might expect, but rather Shadowfell, the bastard sword crafted by Antioch for his failed assault on the Dark Lord.
