Description
Sojourner's Cap is a magical artifact belonging to the Bog Wraiths. It is a loose cap that looks somewhat more like a fedora than a top hat.
It is a charged magical item than can be activated by expending charges.
Statistics:
- Maximum of 15 charges
- Abilities (caster level 16):
- Spend 5 Charges:
- Casts Teleport
- At caster level 16, can teleport self and up to 5 willing additional creatures to a known location.
- Spend 1 Charge:
- Casts Create Food and Water.
- At caster level 16, can create food and water for as many as 48 people or 16 horses.
- The food is nourishing (bland) but will spoil after 24 hours.
- Spend 5 Charges:
- This artifact regains 1 charge per day
Party Interaction
- The Bog Wraiths loaned this cap to
Quinalin. - The party is headed off to the area known as the Temporal Authority to fetch coffee for Ralth.
