The Hammer of the Captain of the Draglet Fortress Guard. It is of fine Dwarven workmanship, and emblazoned on its face is the word "Change" in Dwarven (also surrounded by Dwarven quotation marks)
It is either a +2 Warhammer, or a +1 Throwing Hammer of Returning, depending on what mode it is in. When wielded, the mode can be changed as a free action with the command word.
