Is there any overlapping Hadriarch hierarchy for regional? Would you ever have Episcopacies for a subregion/city and then another over an entire nation, too? Or do they all have a clean mapping such that there's no Hadriarch in The Stand who represents geographical areas that overlap with someone else? -Mattie
