Lodz was the Wydmoor Mayor's spokesman while the Mayor was in hiding during the Odessan march on Wydmoor. He was a powerful and large fighter who smiled broadly at all times. He spoke with a deep Fresian accent and his thoughts were in Fresian, too.
Lodz was used and killed by the Silverwalkers via a Charm Person spell. He agreeably helped the party teleport into his boss's mansion where they silenced, surrounded, attacked, and killed him.
