A certification of ability awarded from the [[Alexandrian Universities]], corresponding to the first awarded level of ability. It signifies that the person in possession of the Primary Measure has met or exceeded a certain level of aptitude in a particular field of study.  Generally, a person with a Primary Measure in a certain field has at least a general understanding of most topics within that field, and is qualified for further research and study.

A certification of ability awarded from the Alexandrian Universities, corresponding to the first awarded level of ability.
