Recovered from the King Mab the kobold, it is unlikely this weapon is of servitor make. Well crafted, with the angular blade and marking characteristic of Dwarven crafts, it is inlaid with Gnomish runes. It is a small sized +1 greataxe. Additionally, once per day the enhancement bonus may be turned off to power a secondary ability.
