This giant, cold-breathing hydra lives in an underground temple in the southern reaches of the Swamp of Wydmoor. This powerful creature is respected by all swamp denizens and was (until recently) venerated by the swamp's Lizardfolk tribes. The tribal elders refer to the hydra as "an important spirit of the swamp".

The area surrounding the Many-Headed Wyrm's lair includes old dungeons filled rust monsters and treacherous passageways populated with oozes and slimes.
