Non-tunnel

A non-tunnel is a permanent magical gateway that connects two points. All non-tunnels have a limited number of transports per day or per week, though some rare ones are powerful enough to move tens or possibly even hundreds of men at a time. Due to the sophistication of the devices, and the difficulty of their upkeep, most are maintained by trained wizards, often graduates of one of the Universities.
