As per the SRD:

When a Psicrystal dies, the owner can create another after:
- Waiting 24 hours
- Performing an 8-hour ritual
- Spending 10xp for every HD of the Psicrystal
The crystal is the same one as before, except healed. As such, it will have the same personality, stats, feats, skills, as the psicrystal before it died.
