Gallus Parvus is a human from Ubrekt. He was expelled from the University of Ubrekt. He is a necromancer. Necromancy is not a crime, though a lot of things Necormancers are rumored to do are. The University of Ubrekt is the most Necromancy tolerant of the great Universities, but it was probably the necromanting that got him expelled.
