The capital and third largest of the three major costal cities in Celestia. In the centuries before Alexandria, it was a thriving pirate enclave. It was the base of operations for Joshua Pryce during the Celestian war for independence and, as such, became the Celstian capital after victory. It is a Crown Charter City, administered directly by the Celestian Overchief and a source of most crown revenue as it is the major port of customs with all other Mainland ports, as Ianian is the customs port for Petaran trade.
