- Yeah, I believe minimum is 140. The original I based it on was originally a lvl 6 spell. Basically, War is a Subschool of magic that is hugely useful in set piece battles, but not so much for the skirmish fighting of normal players. Substantially longer casting times (most of which I added at least another 50% onto), huge ranges, and massive AoEs at usually +1 of whatever the original spell was.
- I pointed travis here, as they are potentially useful for harassment of hobgoblin villages, as well. You should see the magic missile one. It was like 10 or 20 bolts/level, only one bolt per target. -gm
- I think, at present, these are probably more Wydmoor centric, under the circumstances, but it should come as no great shock that there is much more war to come. -gm
