No way! It's just when Germain tries to resolve something with talky-talky instead of combat, we get 50% of the XP for the same amount of work! It used to be 90% loss, but Jones finally relented to my bitching and gave talky-talky a much-needed XP boost. In the future, whenever anyone tries to talk to us, we should just stab them. --Msallen

You are crazy. I can't think of any combats you've talked your way out of, and if there was an XP boost because of talking, you must have just started saying stuff that was more worthwhile. Also, to be fair, those two combats were pretty lethal, the second one especially was something like CR 15, maybe? Even the Wyverns and Riders were like CR9-10, maybe? Lots of big combats equals lots of big xp.
