A rogue and rare herb dealer, Allonia Zapadri was a well-established but not upwardly mobile member of BlueSheath. She was the daughter of the richest halfling merchant in Arabelle. She was an expert at establishing good rapport and dealings with leaders of small villages, which led her to become one of the best sources of information about adventurers in the region.
