Wild Talent General

Summary
You were born with a spark of psychic ability.
Prerequisites
May only be taken at first level, or opened with psychic surgery. You must have an ability score of 16 or greater in the ability associated with the chosen power.
Benefit
You may choose a single first level power that you may manifest as a psion of your level, and you have a power pool of 2 that you may use to manifest this power. If a player later chooses a class that grants power points, the wild talent pool is considered a *separate* pool, so while they can be used to fuel psionic feats, they cannot be used to fuel any powers but those granted by wild talent(s).
Special
Gnomes, particularly prone to producing wild talents, instead begin play with a power pool of 4 when Wild Talent is chosen at first level. (But not for Wild Talents acquired after first level).

This feat may be chosen multiple times after a successful psychic surgery. Additional selections of the feat add 2 more power points to the wild talent pool (even for gnomes) and allow the selection of a second power, although all restrictions listed above still apply, as do any prerequisites for the power itself.
