Prerequisites: May only be taken at first level, or opened with psychic surgery.
Benefit: You were born with a spark of psychic ability. You may choose a single first level power that you may manifest as a psion of your level, and you have a power pool of 2 that you may use to manifest this power.
Gnomes, particularly prone to producing wild talents, instead begin play with a power pool of 4.
