Situated in the north-central valleys of Fresia, Galindai serves as Fresia's capital city and home to the University of Fresia. It is the largest city in Fresia besides Druwin (which is only larger due to its high military concentration).

The city rests in the most affluent area in all of Fresia (though not very rich compared to global standards), and is home to many of the greatest craftsmen alive today.

The Emperor's home is here and the Council of Princes meet here three times annually (the other two sessions are held in the south-central city-state Rugis).
