An air genasi from an island within the Sea of Silt, Gustav stood out due to his pale complexion - a rarity beneath the scorching suns of Athas - and his stark white, ephemerally wispy hair.
Forced into slavery, Gustav did his best to stay alive and to aid his work mates. Unfortunately, his efforts were in vane and as is common in this brutal desert world, he succumbed to sheer exhaustion.
