Mantatlus

A reclusive, low/mid power wizard of Wydmoor Free City. Location currently unknown.

In his natural form, he is fat and constantly sweaty, regardless of the weather. The spellbook recovered from his primary residence in the Residental Ward of the Free City indicates he is capable of walking around under the form of Alter Self, though his perspiration problem seems unaffected by the spell. He created, or at the very least maintained, the Pillars of Misanthropy in his private garden, which was burnt down when representatives of the City Guard raided the complex. He has since absconded under the power of an invisibility spell.
