Range: Long (400 ft + 40 ft/lvl)
Target: 100 foot radius cloud, 20 feet high.
Duration: 10 minutes per lvl.
As obscuring mist, except where noted.
This spell may only be cast when the full sun is not visible in the sky. Additionally, the spell ends when the full sun is visible from the spell's area of effect, no matter what the duration remaining.
You may center the cloud anywhere in the spell's range. The cloud may be stationary or move on one direction (chosen at the time of casting) at a rate of 10 feet per round.
