I agree its a cool feat, but it could very well allow players to hit prestige classes with rank-based prereqs a level earlier. For some of our 'prestige lite' classes, this could make them accessible at level 3. You ok with that? --192.147.58.6 11:16, 7 December 2009 (EST)

Actually, I kind of am. In fact, thinking about it, I'd say that's probably the primary use of the feat. To become expert at something before most people. That's almost the definition of a prodigy, right there! I wish I could say that was the intent. I thought that the feat was a little watered down, but yeah, I like it more now, not less. -gm
