:: Probably Naprid, or more likely two different backstories have become confused. The wiki indicates he has the accent of Southern Fresia. He has indicated in conversation that he grew up in "the City." (Insiders slang for Alexandria's City.) The wiki gives a couple of important (generally known) points but, generally speaking, the party actually has very little information on Ralth.

Probably Naprid, or more likely two different backstories have become confused. The wiki indicates he has the accent of Southern Fresia.
