:: Wild Gnomes are really the only goodly race who inhabits the Scarlands, although the Dwarves maintain a military outpost and training academy deep in the mountains that provide the borders to most of the scarlands, the College of War. Non-arable and difficult to traverse, really only Servitors make their homes there. Particularly Kobolds, Goblins, and Giantkin. It's modeled somewhat on the Montana badlands.

What other non-monstrous peoples are there? More Humans, I suppose (they turn up everywhere). They're all pretty tough peoples, I'd also imagine.

Wild Gnomes are really the only goodly race who inhabits the Scarlands, although the Dwarves maintain a military outpost and training academy deep in the mountains that provide the borders to most of the scarlands, the College of War.
