Seafaring Peteran named Sayid uses a magical black scythe with serpentine styling during a revolution to overthrow the government? Why would it make me nervous that our resident Peteran-style fighter is slaughtering our enemies with this weapon? Once bitten, twice shy? --Msallen

Eh, you don't think Sayid is a pretty common Petaran name? that was my assumption.

Wow... your edit-fail trashed your own edit. Its not any single detail of the story that stood out--its all the details together. Watching Quin in the Turtle Temple battle brought back some memories, and when I was re-reading his history and the ebony reaver writeup today, those same memories started making me right uneasy. --Msallen
