I'm trying to find any surprise rules about Reflex, but it looks like flat-footed and surprised people are entitled. -Slitherrr

If there's a lock there, is there a magically generated key that the Paladin can give to people to unlock the manacles? If there isn't, why is there a lock? To give the prisoner a sporting chance? Because that seems silly. -Slitherrr
