Description
A pair of shining silver manacles appear around the wrists and ankles of the target of this spell. The target is allowed a reflex save to avoid the bite of the restraints. The manacles are of masterwork quality and made of steel. A DC 35 escape artist check or a DC 28 strength check will allow escape from the bonds. They have a hardness of 10 and 10 hit points + 1 per caster level.
While manacled, a creature can not take any actions using the hands - including somatic components - and can only move 5 feet per round. The manacles have an amazing quality lock that is capable of being picked, including by the target (with penalty).
