A half-fiend Harpy Oracle, she was menacing the town of Dockalong aside her Gnollish death squad and her misguided "friend" Laggo. She had the misfortune of capturing a young Halfling named Nolly while the Mattiverse was in town, and ceased to exist shortly after.
