An Elven breastplate of mithreal, it was used in the defense of the Archipelago in the Hakni Sea against Dwarven invasion (which was performed through Goblin proxies). It was found by Gnob's Folly in the last redoubt against that invasion, next to the corpse of one of the last defenders, who had poisoned himself.
