Ragland's Robes

A set of unassuming rags that radiate astonishing power. Little is known about them except that they exert a powerful desire to wear them upon casters of arcane power, and that they give great powers to same.

They also grant Spell Resistance, which is pretty great.

Worn by Kiew Ragland for many years, they were taken from his stilled corpse by Gnob's Folly and are currently in Thoven's possession.
