Many years after coming up with the Absold concept, I find myself saddened that I relegated Lilia to "dead mother" status. Writing this in a way to have an out--it doesn't need to be taken, but one can never have enough story hooks. -Slitherrr
- I'm pretty sure, given dead mom's impact on the story so far, you can trivially retcon her back to life ;) --Msallen
- I couuuld do that, but the old, "Wait, my mom's not ACTUALLY dead" twist can be fun, too, so the more subtle approach seems like it could be better payoff in the long run (if it comes up). -Slitherrr
