A region of thirty-nine small counties along the eastern Flannery/western Fresia whose geography and ethnic blending makes stark political boundries difficult to draw, leading to the highly volatile political climate that often leads to war and an ever shifting boundary between the two states that claim it (Fresia and Flannery).
