Empathy

This is from a Dragon magazine, available in a pdf somewhere on the web. I'll put it on before game day. The gist is : -Effects one target, does not have to be caster. Allows recipient to concentrate a la Detect XXX spells in order to detect the emotional state of others. May or may not allow a saving throw.
