Summary
You gain limited control of magic items that produce random effects.
Prerequisites
Gnome, Use Magic Device: 6 Ranks
Benefit
When determining the effect produced by a magic item that requires a random roll, you may reroll once, keeping the new result. When determining an effect produced by random drawing, you may redraw once, keeping the new result. If you cause a mishap when reading a magical scroll or activating a magical device, you may reroll the mishap result, keeping the new result.
