Fenn Lynrick

Fenn Lynrick is the current Captain of the Wydmoor merchant district for Edrell Odenthorpe's City Guard. Lynrick is a relative newcomer to Wydmoor, and was appointed by Edrell when he assumed the Sheriff's office. He is fairly lax about enforcing laws in the merchant district, particularly in regards to collecting taxes for the Mayor and preventing smugglers. In fact, he is rumored to be an active smuggler and ally to Wydmoor's organized crime organizations. However, he does an excellent job curbing beggars, burglaries, and muggings in the merchant district, and is relatively popular.
