What to do with the leadership feat when I take it. Right now, this is a space for thinking about cohorts, followers, and organizations that the G-man might take on.

Germain the Detective

This is the most logical professional route for Germain. He started his career with the city guards, and all of his backup skills have to do with investigation. Germain is good at digging up information, analyzing motives, and interrogating prisoners. He would be a great leader of either a city guard, a freelance detective agency, or a far-reaching organization of professional investigators. In which case, his cohort should be a classic detective sidekick.

Cohort: Watson

Germain is pretty smart and educated guy, but his real power comes from his understanding of the darker side of the human mind. A good sidekick could augment this with the technical and cerebral skills that are not in Germain's wheelhouse. If we are going high int here, he should also bring some magical investigation skills to the party.

  • Diviner/Professional
  • Accomplished doctor--high heal skill for analyzing corpses
  • Maybe a little *too* much like Edrell/Dandrel

Cohort: Hawk

Germain understands what its like to be a criminal, but he also knows that the consequences are huge--betrayal, secrecy, and fear. A good sidekick might have been a professional criminal or assassin who decides to switch loyalties after an encounter with Germain. This guy could be a little more of an ass-kicker, to make up for Germain's inadequacies, but with some criminal skills and sensibilities for understanding crime scenes.

  • Rogue/Fighter
  • Get some good combat skills
  • Spotting, listening, breaking, and entering.
