A title that was created by Sayid ibn Maimun when he assumed the dual-role of the Sheikh-Malik of the Bedouin Moon Children and the Sultan of Petera. While Peterans recognize Sayid as the only Ishkan, the title was also used by Mikos Lygit in exile, and he is recognized as the last Ishkahn by the Bedouins and Tribes of Ulan.
