A title that originally applied to the supreme leader of the Bedouin peoples of Petera, the Moon Children. With the ascension of Sayid ibn Maimun to the throne of Petera, it also became associated with his royal line. While it is rarely applied in this context, it is still used within the Barbarians of The Ulan that descend from the followers of Sayid's adopted child and heir Mikos Lygit.
